Refund Policy
Straightforward billing: cancel anytime, no contracts, and no surprise charges.
Cancelling
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
14-day refund window
If PostPerfect is not right for you, contact us within 14 days of your first payment on a paid plan and we will refund it in full.
Renewals
Renewal payments are generally non-refundable. If you were charged unexpectedly or believe there was a billing error, reach out and we will make it right.
How to request a refund
Email us from the address on your account through the Contact page. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5 10 business days.
